Rep. Lloyd Herrick
Representative Lloyd “Skip” Herrick is entering his first term in the Maine House of Representatives after a distinguished career in law enforcement. He serving District 73 which includes Buckfield, Hebron and Paris. He has been appointed to serve on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee in the 128th Legislature after serving on the Judiciary Committee in the 127th Legislature.
Representative Herrick is a graduate of the Maine Criminal Justice Academy and served as the Chief of Police in Paris from 1980-1990 and was elected Oxford County Sheriff in 1991. He currently manages the Oxford Casino, a position he’s held since 2012.
He lives in Paris with his wife Deborah and is a proud Mason. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, baiting and cooking.
