Representative Dan Newman is serving in his first term as a member of Maine’s House of Representatives.

Has served the people of Belgrade for three years on the budget committee and nine years on the Selectboard. No stranger to public service, Representative Newman has also served his community and surrounding towns as a Lieutenant on the Belgrade Fire Department. 

He was appointed to serve as a member of the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety.
