Rep. Rich Cebra
Rep. Rich Cebra is returning to the Maine House where he represents the people of House District 68 which includes the towns of Baldwin, Cornish, Naples, Parsonsfield (part) and Sebago. He makes his home in Naples.
Rep. Cebra previously served 8 years in the House from 2002-2010. He’s been appointed to serve on the Transportation Committee during the 128th Legislature.
A fierce protector of Mainers Second Amendment rights, Rep. Cebra sponsored legislation to ensure the right to keep and bear arms in Maine shall never be questioned. Some of the legislation he sponsored includes:
LD 1370 An Act To Enhance Safety on College and University Campuses by Allowing Firearms To Be Carried on the Campuses of Public Colleges and Universities
This bill would have allowed a person who can legally carry a concealed firearm to carry their firearm on Maine’s college campuses.
Rep. Cebra also sponsored legislation that would only require a state vehicle inspection every two years as opposed to current law that mandates a vehicle inspection every year.
