Representative Mark Babin is currently serving his first term in the Maine House.

Representative Mark Babin of Fort Kent is currently serving his first term in the Maine House representing District 3, which includes the towns of Caswell, Cyr Plantation, Fort Fairfield, Hamlin, Limestone, New Sweden, Stockholm, Westmanland, Woodland, Easton, and Connor Township.  Mark serves on the 131st Legislature’s Joint Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities, and Technology.

Rep. Babin spent time as a pilot in the military.  After his service, Mark he went on to learn the Word from the Beacon School of the Bible. He is currently a Pastor at the Celebration Center in Hallowell, Maine. 

Mark and his wife, Claudette, have five children together.  Rep. Babin is a licensed pilot who enjoys flying, boating, snowshoeing, and teaching biblical studies.
